Mental Illness, the Bible and Nursing

April-June 2010 JCNJournal of Christian Nursing. The recent issue of JCN makes a radical claim that the Bible is adequate to treat the root causes of mental disorders that are not otherwise physiologically caused.

It’s an issue worth examining. Read Kathy’s editorial or purchase the CE article, “Mind, Medications, & Mental Disorders: A Spiritual Approach.” NCF Members log-in here and JCN subscribers log-in here to receive your free access to the article.

“More importantly,” says Kathy, “take an honest, careful look at the Bible and see for yourself what God’s Word can do in your life.” As many nurses have experienced, it’s life-changing!
